Administration and Communications Coordinator – Vilnius, Lithuania

In your role you will support administration duties and local/regional projects and tasks providing consistent, informative and accurate information within the communications function, with a focus on the following:
Role Responsibilities
Manage projects related to administration and office.
Conduct research, analyze data to optimize office expenses, search for opportunities to make processes faster and more effective.
Liaising with colleagues in other departments and with external contacts (vendors, suppliers), manage central budget with monthly updates, vendors’ contracts and renewals.
Support the site for upcoming meetings, events, and other calendar commitments.
Support Administration Manager with daily and ad-hoc tasks.
Role Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications or related field.
Minimum of 2 years professional experience in office administration, gained in corporate environment.
Excellent project management, organizational and time management skills.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office.
Ability to prioritize and balance multiple projects simultaneously.
Results driven, proactive and able to work autonomously.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Problem solving attitude.
Flexible, change embracing in rapidly evolving work and market environment.
Ability to relate to and work with a wide variety of stakeholders across the region.

Salary
The monthly gross base salary range is 1258 – 1858 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
