Get ready to

• Determine and deliver our payments roadmap, working together with the core payments team & main stakeholders.
  
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog and run continuous improvement sprints.
  
• Maintain existing core payments infrastructure which all our teams rely on.
  
• Launch newly built payments microservice architecture, ensure smooth migration to it and further development.
  
• Improve monitoring and alerting process.
  
• Help product teams to use payments service to the maximum potential and with best practices in mind.
  
• Provide advice and guidance to the development team on how to improve their processes.
  
• Explore the payment market & always seek for new scalable solutions that reflects product need (i.e. new locales)
  
  

We expect you to

• Have minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in leading deployment, maintenance, and operation of payments or e-commerce related infrastructure.
  
• Have knowledge of the payments lifecycle (mainly cards and PayPal).
  
• Have a solid understanding of underlying infrastructure and connections to 3rd party providers.
  
• Be a creative and strategic thinker with a positive attitude.
  
• Have a mindset of data-informed decision making.
  
• Solid experience with agile product development
  
• Be fluent in English. An excellent communicator both written and verbal but also a good listener.
  
  

Salary

Gross salary range is 2500-5800 EUR/month.
