You will be joining the Risk Tribe, where business and IT professionals work in cross-functional teams that enable us to work in a truly agile organisation. The teams are self-organised and empowered to make their own decisions while working on the end-to-end delivery of products and services.
You will be a member of a team, which is responsible for implementing a Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) platform to enable an integrated overview of risk & controls, processes, audits, and compliance levels across the organization. The implementation has a great strategic focus internally in Danske Bank and demands collaboration with many stakeholders across, business units, IT, vendors, implementation partners etc.

You will:
- Analyse and gather requirements from a large number of stakeholders
- Define and validate solutions and requirements that meet business needs, goals, or expectations
- Be serving as a “translator” among the business and IT professionals
- Be preparing and facilitating meetings and workshops with relevant stakeholders
- Be communicating with vendors
About you:
- Has solid analytical skills
- Thrive with great responsibility
- Has 6+ years of Business Analyst or similar experience
- Are team-oriented with solid stakeholder management capabilities
- Has a holistic and positive view of the job: no job is too big; no job is too small – the team covers a wide range of tasks, and we always support each other in getting the job done
- Catches the essence of complex problems and can communicate them in a clear and understandable way
- Has knowledge on Governance, Risk and Compliance is an advantage
- Upper-intermediate skills in written and spoken English
We offer
Monthly salary range from 3120 EUR to 4680 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
