IT PROJECT MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage, maintain and oversee all company’s information technology and computer systems;
- Constantly perform a risk assessment of company information technology and computer systems;
- Analyse business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to select or develop solutions for IT needs;
- Identify problematic areas and implement necessary solutions in time;
- Act as technical system owner of a business and operational IT systems and develop them according to the needs of the company;
- Ensure effective sourcing and quality services from third party vendors and suppliers or group shared IT service centers, ensuring compliance with group-wide standards;
- Work in close collaboration with main holding company IT governance, management, PMO, Cybersecurity, digital solutions, etc. teams;
- Follow implementation and alignment of group-wide (approved at holding company) IT/ cybersecurity strategy, policies and guidelines;
- Handle annual IT budget and ensure cost effectiveness aligned with the company's and Group-wide strategic goals;
- Improve IT processes and drive digitalization initiatives;
- Participate in digital transformation and strategic group-wide projects;
- Coordinate IT activities within related companies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven working experience as an IT manager or relevant experience;
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills;
- Deep understanding of IT and communication (computer hardware/software systems), information analysis;
- Have a good background check (clean criminal record);
- Ability to communicate at all levels both inside and outside the company;
- Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices;
- Ability to be firm in conviction, promote a –just and fair culture and yet advance an open and non-punitive atmosphere for reporting;
- Ability and confidence to communicate directly to the accountable executive as his advisor and confidante;
- Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the company and the industry;
- Well developed communication skills and demonstrated interpersonal skills of a high order, with the ability to liaise with a variety of individuals and organizational representatives.
