We are looking for a Project Manager to join our NewTech, Standards and Infrastructure team. In this team, we ensure stable automation infrastructure, work with joint CoE projects, deliver bank-wide training and discover, test, implement and scale new technologies according to the bank’s needs.

• Lead change: run projects and initiatives that enable automation technologies in the bank
• Organize and guide project operations through adherence to Danske Bank project management methodologies to achieve the best possible outcome by balancing duration, cost and objectives
• Bring the bank to the next level of intelligent automation: from knowledge to implementation
• Maintain a strategic focus for the project with frequent interaction between the involved parties to ensure a balance between the immediate project needs and the long-term goals of Danske Bank
• Build and develop partnerships with stakeholders to secure their engagement and support deliverables
• Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues to Intelligent Automation CoE leadership
• Manage project(s) issues and risks to mitigate impact on baseline

• Solid IT project management background, including project tracking and planning
• Great interest in IT and automation fields with the constant search for new options and ways how to drive that in the organization
• Solid facilitation and stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated history of working with business stakeholders in a cross-functional matrix context
• Experience in influencing and gaining buy-in, as well as advanced communication skills in English
• Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions, identifying priorities and ensuring deliveries are reached
• Comfortable with a changing environment and curious about engaging in a large and complex organization where you demonstrate personal skills such as being proactive and showing engagement

Monthly salary range from 2480 EUR to 3720 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
