Intrum GBS is looking for Risk and Compliance Specialist to implement risk and compliance management within the business and support functions in 1st line of defense, as well as monitor and follow-up on risk ad compliance matters and report it to CEO and Global Risk & Compliance function.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Support Risk and Compliance manager with day-to day business
• Manage operational risks, processes and controls
• Work with Operational risk management trainings and give support for employees to identify and investigate operational risk events
• Continue working with improvements (a proactive risk-based approach)
• Assist Operations and CEO to ensure Business continuity/Crisis management processes
• Monitor and prepare/update local internal policies and procedures, ensure their compliance with global internal rules and local (Lithuanian) legislation
• Be responsible for operational risk management in Jira
• Cooperate with Data Protection Officer, Support Operations to implement GDPR requirements

About you:

• At least 1 year of experience in Risk management, Compliance, Legal area
• A degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Economics
• Analytical skills
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Be friendly user of systems and applications (JIRA, Confluence)
• Support the maintenance of Risk & Compliance culture
• A quick learner able to thrive in a fast-paced, growing business
• Desire to learn, develop and be continuously challenged

Salary:

1500-2000Eur gross/month. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
