• Review, create, and evaluate routine purchase requisitions for supplies and services with; ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures
• Track and maintain purchase orders and work with vendors on any PO, invoice issues
• Drive Purchasing Operations automatization and improvement projects using analytical tools
• Research, analyze and resolve purchasing inquiries and provide support internally and to vendors
• Provide input to the updating or writing of policies/procedures/processes

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• Excellent language skills in written and spoken English
• Strong communications skills across different cultures
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
