We are looking for an experienced IT Help Desk professional to lead our help desk team in providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer service in the IT or telecommunications industry and be familiar with different customer service quality standards, ensuring high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Organizing the work of the 1st level IT help desk, including training of employees, distribution and control of functions and responsibilities
• Ensuring the quality of customer service and organizing engineer training
• Communicating with clients regarding the implementation of assigned tasks and resolution of incidents
• Preparing incident resolution procedures and instructions
• Optimizing the operational processes of the help desk

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of work experience in customer service in the field of IT or telecommunications
• Familiarity with different customer service quality standards and ability to analyze data and make proposals
• Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian, English, and Russian (both written and spoken)
• Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team
• Excellent organizational, structural, and analytical thinking
• Responsible and able to take ownership of the area entrusted to you
• Pro-active problem solver that is motivated to learn all the time
