As a Chief Management Partner, you will be closely working with the leadership team on important organisation’s agendas, collecting and structuring required information, and providing your insights to help make decisions and solve problems. You will be supporting leaders in Transaction Monitoring, as well as working closely with peers within Sanctions & PEP screening and other areas within Financial Crime Prevention.

You will:

Track operational deliveries, provide insights on performance challenges, and suggest mitigating actions; act as a sparring partner for management
Analyze and process data to prepare high-quality regular and ad-hoc reports for different management levels
Structure loads of information and carry out various management presentations
Work with multiple strategic initiatives/projects
Prepare and facilitate a variety of meetings/workshops, ensure clear outcomes and coordination of actions
Ensure regular communication with stakeholders at all seniority levels within the bank

About you:

Have 3+ years of working experience in the financial sector as a leader, management consultant, project manager, or similar roles
Demonstrate extensive planning, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Have solid experience/skills in reporting and presentations for middle/top management
Able to quickly identify and raise issues, resolve conflicts, and drive initiatives
Have great analytical skills, a systematic and results-oriented mindset, and always maintain a vigilant eye for details and quality
Proactive and responsible, have a “can-do” attitude, able to manage multiple priorities and shifting demands, take responsibility under pressure, and stick to the deadlines
Upper-Intermediate skills in spoken and written English
Leadership, Operations Management and Financial Crime Prevention knowledge/experience would be considered a plus

Monthly salary range from 3120 EUR to 4680 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
