- Creation and execution of Sales Channel strategy and action plans;
- Execution of sales Channel P&L;
- Business development execution in Europe market;
- Leading and managing sales team of 5+ employees;
- Fostering employee engagement;
- Optimization of sales processes;
- CRM ambassador;
- Ensuring of higher clients NPS;
- Implementation of e-marketing solutions.

- Proven record of successful sales, trade marketing, and business development activity, reaching set sales goals, both individually and by the team
- Experience in automotive sales development is an advantage
- Strong background in forecasting sales and industry trends
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to identify and anticipate potential business opportunities/threats using strong market awareness and internal information
- Ability to analyze information, draw conclusions and make relevant solutions
- Cross-cultural awareness, high level of Emotional Intelligence
- Excellent oral and written English language skills

- Demonstrated experience driving complex, cross-functional initiatives
