Strategic Staffing Solutions International client which is the largest health insurance company in the state of Michigan looking for QA Engineers to join the team.

As are QA Engineer you will be responsible for end-to-end testing activities, including system testing, integration testing, UAT, regression testing (both manual and automated), production support/validation, and other functions. Application areas include Customer contact systems, digital experience/web portal, informatics, vendor interfaces, claims/ITS, ERP systems.

We are hiring Level 2 (1.5-4 years of experience) and Level 3 (4+ years of experience) QA testing specialists to adopt the newest testing tools and join this program. The onboarding consists of 2 weeks of training sessions, 1-2 months of adoption (might involve late hours shifts to overlap with US colleagues).

Working time after onboarding will be 10-19.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1.5 years of testing experience
• Practical SQL knowledge
• Requirement analysis and test case creation experience
• Working knowledge of Iterative & Agile SDLC
• Working knowledge of testing tools and platforms e.g., HP Quality Center, SmartBear
• B2 level English communication skills both written & oral
• Be self-directed and able to work independently
• Tricentis TOSCA experience (not necessary but nice to have)
