You will lead cross functional projects and strategic initiatives to ensure Global Operations readiness to support new products and markets. Also, you will engage with all levels in the organization to gather detailed descriptions of business requirements, program functions, and the steps required to develop or modify operational processes ensuring service quality and compliance with operating standards and strategic objectives.

Role Responsibilities

  • Work with Global Operations, Product and Technology stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving global operations readiness.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, report updates and escalate risks to management as needed. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Build the necessary relationships with process owners, including vendor sites, Regional operations center leadership, training, quality assurance and metrics teams.
  • Support Manager building the strategy for operations project portfolio management and improving internal processes. Contribute to portfolio strategy and team management through continuous improvements of internal processes.

Role Requirements

  • Solid working experience in a multi-national organization and/or multi-jurisdictional environment within project/ process management.
  • Understanding of operations and business analytics within the banking/ financial services industry.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skill.
  • Solid interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, ability to interact with all levels of leadership.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 2283-4450 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidates qualifications, skills, and competencies.
