Be a Project Manager, qualified as a Head of construction as per STR 1.02.01:2017 of a complex structure (groups of buildings, non-residential buildings, special purpose building).
Be a qualified Engineer (with the minimum of an accredited Engineering Master’s Degree).
Have at least fifteen (15) years of professional experience in the construction sector and ten (10) years of project management experience collected in a Construction company firm.
Have experience of project management of construction projects, in the role of team leader, for at least two (2) contracts of similar nature/magnitude to this project, e.g. complex and multi-object engineering projects, factories, power plants, multipurpose centres, logistics compounds, etc. of a value of at least 20 M€ each.
Category B driver's license.
Be fluent in English, written and spoken, as a mandatory requirement.

The Project Manager shall be responsible for the coordination of the constructions works and represent the Contractor in all the matters related to technical, organizational and administrative issues.
He will also be the main contact of the Customer during the project implementation, including the period of development of the 100% (Darbo) Design.
Leadership for the team in execution of the contractual requirements for the Customer.
Control of contractual obligations of the subcontractors.
Schedule and budget control.
Verification of Monthly Valuations from FEPS to the Customer.
Project team internal processes management.
Coordination of project handover procedures to the client and for the local authorities.
