Youll work in our Digital Risk division, Digital Monitoring Team and will monitor newly developed fraud patterns, perform analysis of high-risk transactions, and determine if transactions are fraudulent. Well look to you to use your meticulous eye for detail youll conduct real-time analysis of transactional and customer records to link unidentified transactions and accounts to known digital fraud patterns, identify newly developing fraud trends and prevent customer losses, assess, and recommend risk decision rule changes to manage new fraud patterns. The responsibilities might increase depending on business needs.

Role Responsibilities

  • Conduct real-time analysis of transactional and customer records to link unidentified transactions and accounts to known digital fraud patterns.

  • Identify newly developing fraud trends and prevent customer losses.

  • Assess and recommend risk decision rule changes to manage new fraud patterns.
     

Role Requirements

  • Fluency in English - written and verbal.

  • Analytical, organizational and customer service skills.

  • Experience in analysis and reporting.

  • Confidence in making instinctual and logical decisions with little or no supervision. 

  • Bachelors degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Technical, Engineering, Business would be preferable.

  • Ability to work independently/with minimal supervision.

  • Experience with MS Excel, SQL/Hive query languages.

  • Fraud knowledge would be a benefit.

  • Schedule flexibility working afternoon shift, including weekends and national holidays. (Shift starts at 19.00 oclock).

  • Position is maternity cover.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 1408 2083 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidates qualifications, skills, and competencies.
