Role Responsibilities

  • In this role, youll be responsible for managing relationships and coordinating efforts between the Western Union marketers (internal clients), the BarBar Shop (internal creative studio) creative team, and external agency partners.

  • You will support regional marketing teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams on all marketing and advertising needs.

  • Provide leadership and direction to clients on Western Union brand strategy and creative excellence.

  • You will make decisions when escalations occur from the AMs or Creative and/or provide POV to senior leadership and manage the discussion when needed.

  • You will also provide coaching, training, and development to AMs (in partnership with the Global creative lead) within respective regions on strategic brief writing, how to provide effective and strategically based feedback, client management skills, and the latest creative and strategic guidance from Global Brand Team Leadership, and how to effectively sell in creative work.

  • You will develop a relationship with regional marketing counterparts to promote the global brand platform and act as a brand guardian in order to ensure strict adherence to guidelines.

Role Requirements

  • A bachelors degree in a relevant field.

  • 9-10 years of client services experience in a creative agency environment, building, managing, and executing brand strategy for diverse brands across multiple categories.

  • Creative agency experience is preferable.

  • We expect you to have a proven ability to manage large projects from large and/or multiple clients.

  • Experience with integrated communication plans including ATL, BTL, digital, social, loyalty, and customer experience.

  • You will also have global experience with knowledge of how local culture can challenge global strategy and creative execution.

  • Ability to articulate and sell concepts, strategy, and creative recommendations and plans verbally and visually in programs like PowerPoint.

  • Strategic thinking skills and ability to offer creative solutions that will work for both the client and the brand.

  • Strong ability to lead the regional BarBar Shop team with minimal oversight.

  • You will also have strong leadership qualities and a desire to help others succeed.

  • Fluency in English both verbally and in writing.

  • Time management and administrative skills.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 4339 5833 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
