WE EXPECT THAT BASE MANAGER WILL:

Be focal point in one of the Heston Airlines bases;
Work in shifts, 45 days ON, 15 days OFF;
Manage and supervise the assigned base;
Promptly solve the problems and any outstanding questions or issues
Ensure sufficient and on-time communication with the Company
Head Quarters and the Client’s Operational Management;
Liaise with Company Operational Personnel for accommodation,
Travel, Crew Pick-ups, schedule changes and any other operational matters.
Ensure that operations are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and Heston Airlines standards;
Ensure that ground handling service providers, including fuel, de/anti-icing, aircraft handling providers are maintaining standards of safety and compliance acceptable to the Heston Airlines;
Carry other tasks as may be required and duly notified by the Head of Ground Operations.

YOU ARE WELCOME TO APPLY IF YOU HAVE:

Flexibility and readiness for action;
Ability to work in a team;
Good knowledge of English, Russian languages.
Basic knowledge of national and international rules related to airline operations;
General knowledge of passenger, ramp, baggage, cargo handling procedures;
Basic document processing skills;
Good organizational, communication, analytical and problem solving skills;
Possibility to travel and have long business trips;
Previous ground handling experience in aviation would be advantage.
