Job description, tasks

  • Work with the Delivery Managers / Lithuania business to facilitate staffing (End to End).
  • Search & Match Associate's CV against the available roles within the country.
  • Work with managers and recruiters to ensure staffing the right talent at right time.
  • Advising the business, the best staffing solution for their roles.
  • Preparing workforce management reports for the leadership team highlighting key parameters like, headcount growth, employee utilization, open demand and employee placements through internal organizational channels and other TSC KRA's.
  • Responsible for deployments & placements of associates on bench and placing them into right projects (Bench Management).
  • Manage internal job posting and facilitate end to end interviews process with hiring managers.
  • Work closely & collaborating with other corporate function teams.
  • Championing proactive resourcing models that's fits in Lithuania.
  • Responsible for implementing Talent Supply Chain process & guidelines.
  • Communication, coordinate information flow/submission to business teams and ensure it is in compliant with TSC policies & process.
  • Advice, influence, challenge and guide team leaders, managers on different aspects of resource management and workforce implications on business decisions.
  • Ensure the whole TSC value chain runs smoothly (Demand mgmt., Supply management & Bench management).
  • Close cooperation with Cognizant Academy, recruitment & Human Resources.
  • Effective collaboration with Employee engagement teams.
  • Creation and execution of TSC Objectives and process.


  • Masters degree in Human resources or related field.
  • At least 2 year of experience in resource management workforce or in house IT recruitment.
  • Perfect analytical skills and computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and teamwork skills.
  • Expert level background using MS excel, PowerPoint.
  • Possibility to travel if needed.
