Courtyard by Marriott Vilnius City Centre will open its doors in April 2018 in the modern growing business district. It will feature 199 comfortable rooms, cosy restaurant with the summer terrace and 4 meeting rooms.



As a Front office manager, you should combine a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude to supervise and lead our team.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our front desk provides professional and friendly service to our customers. Our ideal candidate will be able to lead by example, demonstrating passion in hospitality and service.


  • Train, supervise and support Front office staff, including receptionists, night auditors and portiers;
  • Schedule shifts;
  • Ensure customer service as per Marriott standards;
  • Handle complaints and specific customers’ requests;
  • Prepare and monitor departmental budget;
  • Ensure company’s policies and security requirements are met;
  • Support sales and reservations department in their dally routines.


To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

  • Positive attitude and good communication skills (English, Lithuanian, Russian as an asset);
  • Commitment to deliver a high level of customer service;
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations;
  • Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative;
  • Experience in front office manager role with a proven track record.
