Around 90 percent of production is being exported to 20 countries around the world, including Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, France, Finland, Sweden, Netherlands, Ukraine, Germany, etc.

Job description, tasks

  • Managing customer portfolio: searching for new customers and project development for existing customers in Lithuania and Europe mostly
  • Negotiation with potential customers, preparing commercial offers
  • Managing product portfolio (timber connectors, furniture fittings)
  • Delivering order to production in time and coordinating the process of production
  • Providing market overview, identifying new sales opportunities, including information on competitors and market needs;


  • Successful working experience in Export B2B sales (in manufacture field or services would be an advantage)
  • Good product presentation skills
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, open-minded, proven good communication skills
  • Ability to understand drawings (advantage)
  • Understanding the process of processing the metal (advantage)
  • Successful experience of establishing and maintaining relationships with customers
  • A good knowledge of English
