IKEA Industry Kazlų Rūda Flatline factory, located together with Boards factory, was established in 2005 and is one of the largest employers in Kazlų Rūda. In 2016 factory produced 1.2 million pieces of ready-made furniture and is yet in the very heart of an ongoing project to double the production capacity in the coming years.


In the role as Factory Manager, Division Flatline, you will be responsible to lead the development of the factory in accordance with IKEA Industry mission as well as to secure the short, medium and long-term growth and profitability of the business according to agreed business plan. This includes achieving agreed business and financial goals, continuous improvements of the products and production processes.

One important part of the role is to build, lead and develop a competent and high performing organization, which attracts, develops and inspires co-workers. To keep the IKEA culture and values a living reality in the whole factory and secure that the connection between our vision, mission and goals is clear and broken down into understandable actions.

If you…

  • are an experienced leader who is good at building trustful relationships and can create an open inclusive climate
  • have solid industrial experience and broad manufacturing knowledge as well as experience from working with LEAN
  • inspire, challenge and support with the ambition to constantly find new ways to develop yourself, others and the business
  • believe in people, enjoy leading both directly and via others and have a genuine interest to develop people
  • possess strong communication skills and can easily communicate and connect with diverse groups of people
  • are result oriented, have a lot of energy and can set priorities
  • have a proactive approach, are open and positive at the same time as you are humble and want to work with and through people to make things happen.
  • are fluent in English, both written and spoken
