Our Client – a well known international pharmaceutical company is currently looking for Coordinator and Office Manager.

This position is responsible for administrative and organizational support. The role requires close collaboration and extensive communication with Baltic team as well as key functions in the cluster headquater.


Main duties:

  • Co-ordinate and arrange meetings, trainings and events;
  • Serve as liaison with vendors on event-related matters;
  • Administration of documentation and purchase orders and invoices;
  • Manage all contractual aspects;
  • Take responsibility for ad hoc projects when requested.


  • Coordinator and office manager experience a clear advantage;
  • Related experience in a similar position, preferably in life science;
  • Experience of supporting senior level management;
  • Budget management skills including using SAP and other financial systems (e.g. Lavante) is an advantage;
  • Experience of working with external vendors and big projects is an advantage.


  • Being flexible & adaptable – high level of change agility required;
  • Management and execution - strong planning and project management skills;
  • Focusing on performance - ensuring accountability & being result-oriented;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to develop strong professional relationships at all levels of interaction;
