Accounting Specialist
As an Accounting Specialist with Convera based in our Vilnius office, you will perform daily and monthly accounting procedures according to pre-established guidelines to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions data.
You will be responsible for:
• Monthly closing activities for one European country
• Investigating open aging items and proposing solutions by working alongside other team members
• Obtaining / entering appropriate information in the system and manipulating various Excel spreadsheets
• Performing data collection and analysis in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Ensuring regulations are adhered to and proper action is taken to resolve issues in timely matter
• General ledger entries
You should apply if you have:
• Good spoken and written English abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with others
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel
• Analytical skills
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
• Around 1 year or more experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance or related profession
