Lead HR Generalist (People Experience)

As a Lead HR Generalist (People Experience) you are a highly engaged and people-centric person who is passionate about making people processes easy, effective, and reliable through simplification and automation. You are both strategic and operational which require you to manage, monitor, evolve and re-envision how we deliver people services and experience to our employees and managers.

You will be responsible for:

  • Architecting and overseeing the HR ServiceNow platform to document and standardize HR processes, tasks, workflows, and approvals to a globally consistent process.
  • Driving process excellence within the People Services team that will impact the productivity within and outside the team.
  • Overseeing the development and management of easy, effective, and scalable processes that leverage automation and technology throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Responsible for managing KPI’s for People Services
  • Create SOP’s for all HR operational processes with the goal of defining accountabilities, simplifying processes, and driving global consistency and automation.
  • Manage and expand the ServiceNow knowledge base and monitor usage to identify needs and close knowledge base gaps to improve employee experience to drive self-service.
  • Architect how employees can access and use HR related information consistently across multiple platforms.
  • Ensure data across multiple HR systems is maintained and audited consistently and team is measured for high degree of accuracy.
  • Partner with People teams to manage programs and track interdependences and impacts across the People organization to ensure timely delivery of programs while optimizing people experience.
  • Acts as change management champion to drive HR automation and technology solutions across the People team and organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-department colleagues to understand and implement HR programs that build scalable processes to drive global standardization while meeting regional nuances and legislative requirements.

You should apply if you have:

  • Requires a minimum of 8 years related experience with a bachelor’s degree or 6 years with a master’s degree preferably in HR, Science or a related field.
  • Previous experience with designing and evolving usage of ServiceNow platform or a similar case management system.
  • Successful record of building, improving, and running operational business processes, and the ability to drive program effectiveness and high levels of people experience.
  • Strong Communication skills, with proven ability to create SOP’s, policies, and other HR documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects through design, develop and implement lifecycle.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, etc.) including the ability to analyze data and trends.
  • Knowledge of HR operations and knowledge of people functions including HRIS, payroll, benefits, learning, talent, and compensation is desired.
