We're looking for a Client Tech Lead who will be working with the scrum teams implementing new features and improving existing code for our new game. We are looking for a strong Client Technical Lead to manage an engineering team that is responsible for building complex, high-scale mobile games.
We work with the Defold engine, Lua scripting language and some C ++.
What you will be doing:
- Work closely with Product Managers, Architects and other tech leads from our game teams
- Hire and grow the team of client developers
- Manage the entire production lifecycle of your domain
- Implement with attention to quality and best practices
- Take a major part in our strategic growth as the R&D team - technology, process and professionally
We expect you to:
- Experience in people management for the last several years
- Experience in at least one of the following languages: С++, Lua, C#, Java, Python
- Experience with game engines: Unreal / Unity / Cocos2D / Defold / other (5+ years)
- Experience in optimizing applications
- Experience in creating project architecture
- English and Russian - Upper-intermediate level and above

- Passion for games
- Willingness to work with the back-end solution written in Golang
