Join our Risk Specialists team, where we support the Financial Crime Risk and Prevention area, getting oversight and control over their operational risk management.
We are a small team of 12 professionals working as a Center of Excellence (CoE), covering both process governance and risk management competencies to support the Financial Crime Risk and Prevention area. We are in a transformation and looking to scale up the team, which is why we are seeking a Stream Lead to support and guide our Risk Specialists in their daily work and backlog prioritisation while also engaging in Risk Management work.
You will be working closely with various stakeholders from Financial Crime Solutions Tribes, 1st Line Financial Crime Risk, and you will be collaborating closely with both the Head of CoE and our Stream Lead for Process Consultants, also committed to Risk Management in the area.
Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority of the role.
You will:
- Prioritise Risk Management backlog according to target in alignment with Head of CoE
- Guide our Risk Specialists in best practices and support them in overcoming roadblocks and keeping deadlines
- Take part in continuously challenging and improving our ways of working to ensure high quality, efficiency, and transparency
- Drive and improve the Non-Financial risk management agenda
- Support all stakeholders in the area with Non-Financial risk assessments and incident handling
- Build solid stakeholder relationships, ensure target alignment, and distribute tasks
- Contribute to building a strong risk culture in the organisation by creating awareness and transparency when reporting
About you:
- At least 2-5 years of experience working with risks in the financial industry, while your educational background can vary
- Other proven relevant experiences such as experience with risk governance, handling complex processes with many stakeholders, and demonstrated prosperity in project management will also be considered
- Advanced English skills are required, both oral and written
- As we are a support function, we are seeking a colleague with great communication and collaborative skills who enjoys working in a structured manner
- You have a proactive approach to your stakeholders and are not afraid to move the agenda to find potential solutions to challenges
- You have a get-things-done profile and a curious attitude with an eagerness to learn and always finding a way around obstacles
- Eagerness towards encouraging innovation and change, taking initiative, and contributing with good energy is essential to the role
- As we are still on a transformation journey, it is important that you do not mind changes in the strategic agenda, can act on ad hoc issues, and adapt to change
We offer
Monthly salary range from 3040 EUR to 4560 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
