Seeking experienced HR professional with passion for innovating and driving continuous improvements in solutions creating a sense of growth and high level of engagement organization wide. This passion will be applied in a Strategic HR Business partner position and in the Product Owner role in our Employee Engagement & Growth Team

To be successful in this role:

  • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in partnering with leaders at all levels to help deliver strategic people initiatives that positively impact business results.
  • You have at least one successful assignment as an HR Business Partner or a comparable role, enabling you to see different HR deliveries as part of holistic employee outcomes.
  • You have a track record of initiative and leading change, as this job is not about maintaining the status quo.
  • You have an excellent command of English, allowing you to confidently communicate and cooperate with team members and value receivers. Your exceptional communication skills ensure effective collaboration and seamless coordination in cross-cultural/locations and with value receivers in all Baltic countries.
  • You have gained a deeper understanding of at least one area within the team scope (Learning, Total Rewards, Talent Management, Wellbeing, etc.).
  • You have the ability to effectively prioritize across different stakeholders and needs, identifying and addressing the most important tasks, projects, or issues.

Compensation:

The monthly salary for this position is between 3400 and 4300 EUR before taxes, and will be determined based on the candidate's competencies, relevant job experience and skills.

The recruitment process for the Strategic HRBP position will consist of three stages: The first stage will be an initial interview round with the Recruitment Partner & HR Business Partner followed by home-assignments. Upon the completion of the home-assignments, the final stage of the process will be a meeting with the HR Director. This multi-stage approach ensures a thorough evaluation of candidates and allows for a comprehensive assessment of the candidate´s suitability for the role.
