• Business development experience of at least 5 years

• Set the unit’s strategy and goals and ensure achievement of it
• Manage finance- budgeting, profit, and cost leverage management, and timely reporting
• Build relationships with new clients and nurture them with existing ones
• Participate in pre-sales activities, meetings & negotiations with possible future partners
• Governance of the ongoing projects- ensure project delivery – on scope, on time, on budget
• Collaboration with sales, marketing, support, and other departments in order to achieve goals
• Relationship building with outsourcing partners
