As Change Management and Governance Manager you will be the key driver and one-point entry to coordinate and ensure smooth execution of the Customer Risk Management Department change management area and related tasks / projects.


    What You Will Do:

    • Lead internal projects, apply change management principles lean/agile methodologies, and execute projects according to the set timeline and quality prerequisites
    • Oversee department internal governance area, create internal procedures catalogue, map out required internal procedures and create procedure maintenance process
    • Lead the assigned team, organize daily job of the team, and ensure efficient execution. Conduct regular team meetings and 1:1 meetings with team members and ensure proper information flow and support
    • Support quality assurance process, provide input to improve the process
    • Support operational units with performance management to deliver on KPIs, on SLAs (Service Level Agreement) and KRIs (Key Risk Indicators) set
    • Maintain and improve the AML knowledge and competences of the team
    • Collaborate and align key principles with major stakeholders across the bank, especially with Compliance team and Segment lines
    •  Initiate process improvements to ensure Pan-Baltic alignment and process efficiency


    What We Expect: 

    • Previous experience working with Baltic and European regulatory requirements related to banking and financial services in general, and AML or AFC areas specifically
    • People management and team leadership experience
    • Change management, project leading, governance experience
    • Readiness to keep yourself pro-actively updated on upcoming regulatory changes in the assigned areas
    • Basic to good knowledge of the Bank products, processes and IT systems
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and in writing
    • Higher education in Law, Economics, Business Managment or similar
    • CAMS and ICA Certificates would be considered as an advantage
    • Fluent English and Lithuanian is required in spoken and written communication
