Get ready to

• Greet visitors and direct them to the correct person or department
• Answer inquiries in person, by phone, and email
• Manage our meeting room booking system and keep an eye on the meeting rooms overall
• Deal with incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
• Arrange appointments
• Manage guest registration if needed
• Administer parking and invoices
• Order food and office supplies
• Be the one who is always there when needed for our employees

We expect you to

• Be able to work every working day from the office, from 9.00 till 18.00
• Have great administration and customer service skills
• Have great attention to details
• Have patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
• Be empathetic and understanding
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be fluent in English and Lithuanian

Salary

Gross salary range is 950-1250 EUR/month.
