Job description

Own the candidate sourcing, prescreening, assessing, interviewing, and evaluation cycle for each opening;
Support, maintain contact, and provide feedback to candidates throughout every stage of the recruitment cycle;
Support and guide managers through all the different stages of people management, from recruitment and onboarding to training processes;
Manage talent pools and employee development and competency processes;
Monitor employees' training, create training materials, presentations, evaluation tests, and work with the electronic learning system;
Participate in the creation of an employee motivation system;
Actively participate in the implementation of various people-related projects and initiatives;
Establish a strong organizational culture and promote inspirational leadership by demonstrating the company's values and encouraging effective leadership practices.

Requirements

3 years work experience in the field of human resource field (experience in international company would be an advantage);
University degree;
Have great communication, ownership and project management skills and experience;
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills;
Be responsible, proactive, creative, able to work in dynamic, fast evolving environment with a positive can do attitude;
Ability to communicate in English.
