EY is looking for eCommerce team interns to join our team to help governments and businesses across Europe, Central Asia and Middle East to shape their digital future and realize the potential of the digital economy and society.

You are expected to work with our eCommerce team on the following assignments:

Helping to organize eCommerce trainings and consultations program
Summarizing the information provided during the eCommerce trainings and consultations
Helping to develop recommendations for further improvement in eCommerce
Helping to develop the concept of eCommerce National Pavilion
Participating in piloting the national pavilion accounts and validating the results
Large scale program and project management

Your Key Responsibilities:

Assist and contribute to development and implementation of eCommerce projects aiming to increase cross-border eCommerce with the EU
Undertake research, provide advice and technical input, develop recommendations to support development and implementation of eCommerce projects
Establish relationships with teams & client personnel at appropriate levels when needed
Develop your professional knowledge and experiences
Possess good business acumen

Skills And Attributes For Success
This position will require strong interpersonal as well as analytical and critical thinking skills. You will be a part of international team, so communication and collaboration skills will also help you to succeed.

To qualify for the internship you must have:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Strong drive to excel professionally and grow
Be educated, innovative, resourceful, analytical, and able to work under pressure
Bachelor's degree (or being third or last year student) in business administration, economics, etc. (preferable with the focus on eCommerce)
Great written and oral communication skills in English.

Ideally, youll also have:

Research experience and analysis experience relevant to eCommerce and / or
Experience in project management and / or
Experience in data analysis and reports building
Previous experience in eCommerce area would be an advantage
A good understanding of Russian would be an asset.

Our innovative office

Our Vilnius office was created together with our employees, following their needs, suggestions and preferences. We build our friendly, innovative, comfortable and modern office in the heart of Vilnius city Paupys.

We also have remote workplaces in Kaunas, Klaipėda and Šiauliai and provide flexible work-from-home conditions to all employees.
