Your Responsibilities

• To organize and manage the work of the forwarding team to ensure the implementation of the teams goals and smooth day-to-day operations.
• To create forwarding business contingency plan and develop the forwarding business in dedicated region.
• To lead and mentor individual team members to achieve goals.
• To participate in the companys ongoing strategic projects.
• To assess risks related to dedicated area and processes, provide insights and suggestions to direct manager and colleagues, submit proposals, initiate changes and projects if necessary.
• To liaise with other units and colleagues to ensure a sufficient collaboration and smooth processes.

Our expectations

• At least 3 years of work experience in the field of forwarding is required, experience in the UK market would be a great advantage.
• Good knowledge of sales techniques and process.
• Forwarding business development experience, ability to built a successful forwarding business team.
• Excellent knowledge of English. Polish is an advantage.
• Higher education (management or transport would be an advantage).
• Ability to go on business trips.
• Analytical thinking, good strategic planning and problem solving skills.
• Ability to motivate, inspire and develop a team.
• Computer literacy.
