Job description
- Manage Order management (placing purchase orders and follow up to react in due time if delivery variations occur);
- Manage exception (daily check of stock exceptions and take corrective actions if needed);
- Monitor Supplier (Ensure that SLIM parameters are in line with actuals and monitor and report deviations regarding contract and agreements);
- Manage complaints regarding quantity differences;
- Forecast (manage variations from Sales / product team and review exceptions together with demand manager);
- Control invoices (quantity difference and other relevant information);
- Collaborate with the team on Ad-hoc request;
- Maintain and clean-up new items and suppliers in SLIM.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a similar position;
- At least a B1 level of proficiency in the Finnish language;
- Fluent English (level B1-B2 and above);
- Ability to work with multiple IT systems and within the multicultural environment;
- Strong process and internal customer orientation, strong attention for details;
- Ability to carry out complex and critical work that has a direct impact on operations.
