• University degree in Finance, Economics or related field
• At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience (Big 4 experience as an advantage)
• Knowledge of financial statements and core accounting concepts
• Excel skills (knowledge of formulas and understanding how to structure models or complex reports in Excel)
• Being able to take initiative and ownership of complete processes / topics
• Willingness to learn (quickly)
• Adaptive mindset will be needed to successfully integrate in the dynamic environment of the department and its rapidly shifting priorities. At SIG we tend to do things our way, so not being stuck in coventional mode of thinking is a big plus.

As a Financial Analyst, You will be part of SIGs group-level Control department, and working in close cooperation with Head of Control, will participate in analysis and planning across the geography of groups operations. The vision for Financial Analyst role is to take ownership of already existing financial models, reports, and other tools, and with guidance to gain the capacity to develop new tools / reports and take complete ownership of separate topics in the Control department. Overall this position will put You on fast-track of professional development.
