Now we are looking for Finance Process Specialists to work with Danish market.

• Danish language training (up to B2 level) with starting dates of 2nd of October and 16th of October
• Domain training within insurance, pensions, or other operations areas in Scandinavian market

• Salary of 1390 EUR/month gross paid during 3 months probation period;
increase to 1690 EUR/month gross after successful probation period;
increase again from 1840 EUR/month gross to 1990 EUR/month gross after language courses based on language level reach.

• Within 5.5 months learn spoken and written Danish language
• Work with Financial products or services, such as insurance and/or pensions
• Analyze and collect data to prepare reports and statistics
• Assist colleagues and make decisions by following guidelines
• Implement improvements of processes

• Good spoken and written English and Lithuanian language skills
• Willingness to learn language and work area
• Computer literacy and good MS Office knowledge (Excel)
• Good communication and planning skills; customer focus and positive attitude
• Experience in finance area or back-office operations (not necessary, but would be considered an advantage)
