As Relationship Manager you will ( Responsibilities include but are not limited to ):

Having an outstanding knowledge of PayAllys product and offerings
Responding to customer inquiries with the requested business and product information in a timely and efficient manner
Building and maintaining positive customer relationships while demonstrating PayAllys passion for customer care
Closely working with Customer Acquisition Manager to assist with the onboarding process of new customers
Escalating complex cases and following up accordingly on their resolutions

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

1-3 years of professional experience in customer service (Key Account)
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (English and Russian).

Nice to have skills/ experience:

Experience in Financial Services or Fintech industry
