Responsibilities:
• Oversee all operations and business activities.
• Communicate effectively and establish credibility throughout the organization and with the Board of Directors as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges.
• Plan, develop, implement, and direct the organizations operational and fiscal function and performance.
• Improve the planning and budgeting process continually by educating departments and key members of corporate leadership.
• Optimize the handling of banking relationships and work closely with CFO to foster and grow strategic financial partnerships.
• Evaluate the companys financial, operational, and sales and marketing structures to plan for continual improvements and a continual increase in operating efficiencies.
• Assist with budget formation in frames of all divisions, and making sure it will be implemented as was agreed with MOB.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.
• Ensure that market research of similar products is being done one time in the quarter, to form product prices in terms of financial products and retail services.
• Making sure that communication with strategic partners or institutions is being regularly followed up.
• Aggressively ensure communication with potential customers of our products by various instruments that are available in social markets and media.
• Ensures that team succeeds desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
• Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement and develop a high performing managerial team.
• Closely work with the IT department / division to succeed in all planned tasks.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as department head or top manager in terms of FinTech industry.
• Knowledge or experience of management pawnshop or pawnshop, or financial company network / branches.
• Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision of new legal entity.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
• Experience with leading development, market entrance and advertising of new financial products or services.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
• Analytical abilities and knowledge of advanced user skills of analytic instruments (at least Microsoft Office products).
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills, as well knowledge of Lithuanian and English languages.
• Goal oriented leader that could implement or optimize process or methodology of operational structure.
• Service oriented and well-structured thinking patterns.
