The Finance team is looking for an Operations Manager who will be responsible for managing and developing transactional teams within EMEA Finance to drive towards best in class performance. The role will cover Accounts Receivable Cash Applications, Accounts Payable and have matrix responsibility for GBS Staff in Lithuania covering Billing and Payroll. Expectation, as Dexcom grows across EMEA, is that more activities will transition into the GBS organisation in Lithuania.

About the role:

Manage service delivery for Finance including Accounts Receivable Cash Applications, Accounts Payable and support matrix leader for Billing, AR Collections and Payroll.
Play a key role in stabilising existing and new processes being managed by Finance, including managing operational KPIs.
Form strong relationships and partnerships with Internal & External Customers, across EMEA locations.
Manage and develop the team to support the significant growth strategies in EMEA, constantly focused on service delivery and operational excellence.
Assist in project management and implementation of EMEA strategy.
Develop and encourage continuous process improvements.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies.
Assists with internal and external audits as required.
Participates as Finance representative on cross-functional initiatives.

About you:

Oracle or other major ERP system experience required.
Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel required.
Proven ability to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable operating within a matrix organisation leading direct and dotted line reports.
Ability to demonstrate a high degree of mental effort nearly all duties performed under tight deadlines and under the scrutiny of corporate stakeholders.
Ability to plan, manage, and complete regular and special projects. Must be able to analyse processes, procedures and controls and be able to suggest and implement improvements.
Proven advanced customer service skills that build and enhance positive relationships both within and outside of the organization.

Monthly base salary for this position is from 4150 EUR gross.
