Requirements for candidates:

1.5 years experience in SMM (Social Media)
A strong strategic approach to working on social networks
Knowledge of functionality and algorithms of social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok
Active monitoring of local trends in social networks in Baltics, successful implementation cases
Skills in developing content plans, knowledge of creative techniques, understanding the principles of content marketing
Strong writing skills (ability to write quickly and competently in different styles)
Experience in influence marketing
Basic knowledge of advertising legislation aspects
Basic knowledge of the functionality of the META Ads Manager, experience in work with it
Video making skills (mobile)
Communicating skills with the audience on social networks
Creativity, being able to avoid patterns
Willingness to use own smartphone for posting and other tasks
Willingness to do a test
Knowledge of languages: Lithuanian - fluent, English - fluent, Russian - will be an advantage

Job description:

SMM (Social Media) strategy adaptation and implementation in accordance with the brand marketing strategy in Baltics
Analysis of the market and competitors
Development and implementation of branded rubrics (columns) for social networks
Preparation of daily posts and stories for social networks
Creation of situational content, making videos for Reels and TikTok
Conducting live broadcasts on social networks
Preparation of creative projects
