Position Summary:

As a Financial Controller, You will be working closely with Sales and Marketing departments and support business decisions via financial models and analysis. You will be the key person in supporting Business Manager to drive assigned business across Baltic States.

A day in the life of Financial Controller:

Help to emphasize financial business opportunities and eliminate potential financial risks. Ensure the use of quality information for business decision making
Monthly financial performance review and identification of potential risks/areas of forecasted targets achievement. Development and follow ups of action plans
Close collaboration with Decision Support and Control departments to provide a high-quality data in a timely framework
Ensure meeting internal month end and forecasting deadlines
Long term and short-term (MBS, DF, Rev) plans preparation and follow ups
Analyze and challenge product portfolio to identify cost optimization opportunities. Eliminate Value Destroyers and maximize the return on investment fromsales and marketing budgets(including revised pricing structure/prices) and from the capital asset base
Actively participate in the Monthly Business Planning (sMBP) process and preparation of the RIG / OG forecast based on agreed actions
Participation in new products development (SPC) and workflows for (division) business management

What will make YOU successful?

Higher education degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Preferably experience in business unit controlling position. FMCG and / or retail companies will be considered as an advantage
Analytical ability, accuracy, and attention to details
Initiative-taking collaborator with fast learning abilities
Resilient and positive with changes and challenges
Fluency in written / speaking English

Other:

Formal financial qualification of appropriate level (degree or similar) is preferred
Experience using Power BI is preferred
Experience using SAP is preferred
Experience supporting fixed asset management and / or capital budgeting processes is preferred
