Job description
- Build and maintain relations with internal and external customers
- Together with the team develop and implement solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Focus on the customer: communicate solutions and follow up on daily tasks
- Deliver all orders to colleagues in Transport Management
- Manage billing documents, return and diversion cases
- Be a role model of Yaras culture where health, environment, safety and quality are a top priority
Requirements
- Fluent/native in English
- Good Danish language skills (Level B2 or higher)
- Excellent communication skills and a trusted team player
- Proactive and self-driven with a solution oriented mindset
- Preferably experienced in Customer Service or Supply Chain
- Based in Lithuania or willing to relocate
