The role of the EMEA Payroll Manager is to provide, support and deliver a robust payroll process which support the needs of all EMEA employees. The role requires an experienced candidate, preferably with exposure to multiple payrolls across many countries in the EMEA region, combined with managing and developing a team in Vilnius and Edinburgh. In a fast-growing environment, the expectation is that the candidate will have experience in implementing new payrolls, combined with managing the contractual relationship and performance of a third party provider.
About the Role:
- Ensure timely delivery of monthly payroll, in line with specified timetables.
- Work other EMEA functions, e.g. Human Resources to ensure payroll experience is a positive one for all EMEA employees; Finance/Accounting relating to cost control and accurate reporting.
- Support HR and Payroll system implementation to maintain operational delivery and targets.
- Develop and support team members, encourage continuous process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies.
- Workday experience desirable.
- Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel required.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in insurance/third party payor and/or medical device reimbursement environment would be beneficial.
- Payroll experience is essential, particularly in relation to exposure to multiple payrolls across the EMEA region and familiarity with the operational requirements for each country.

Monthly base salary for this position is from 4200 EUR gross.
