For this position, we would like to hire an IT support specialist who would remotely support and consult costumers during training, installation and operation of the software. This role would also include close collaboration with developers with regards to software testing, error analysis as well as other tasks related recording and transforming customer needs to life.

We are looking for a person with the following experience: 

• Knowledge of VB.NET, VBA, SQL and relational database systems

• Knowledge in database programming with MS SQL servers (installation, administration and programming (SQL))

• Willingness to familiarize yourself with new issues and problems and to develop solutions independently

• Very good communication in German + English skills written and spoken.
