Your Responsibilities

• Analyze claims data and documents, considering the country specific requirements
• Monitor and analyze existing process, provide suggestions for optimization opportunities
• Control the completion of the tax refund process within the set deadlines
• Monitoring and communication of the taxes refund legal requirements in specified countries
• Communications within and outside organization with mediators, customs, and tax authorities
• Colleague support - consulting on VAT and Excise tax refund requirements according to competence

Our expectations

• University degree is desired, preferably in Finance/Economics/Accounting
• Knowledge of financial, accounting processes
• Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment, creativity, analytical thinking, result orientation
• Knowledge of English at least at B2 level
• Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
• Analytical thinking and attention to details
• Good MS Excel skills

Base monthly salary: from €1890 to €2360 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidates experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the requirements of the position
