About the role:

• Processing various debt collection tasks according to work instructions
• Handling and investigating daily-task related incidents
• Creating, developing, and updating documentation and procedures
• Delivering quality in the fast-changing environment
• Identifying areas or processes for improvements

About you:

• Able to work full-time
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken) and/or Norwegian/Swedish
• Quick learner and good problem solver
• Attention to details

Advantages if you have:

• Proficiency with MS Excel Macros, SQL
• Work experience in a back office

Salary range:

1200 - 1950 Eur gross/month. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
