We are looking for a new team member to join our customer care team. You would be responsible for providing support to customers with their logistics needs, handling inquiries and complaints, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. As well, you would be responsible for order processing, tracking shipments, and coordinating with other departments to resolve issues. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding shipment tracking, delivery times, and other logistics-related questions.
- Maintaining customer records and ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Assisting with administrative tasks related to logistics operations, such as data entry and document management.

- Higher education.
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and oral).
- Quick orientation and the ability to manage a large amount of information.
- Good computer skills.
- Similar work experience - an advantage.
