Our client - SME Finance is a award winning financing solutions company, which offers data-driven financial services for secured and unsecured SMEs, including business loans and credit lines (flexi finance), invoice finance, factoring, leasing, revenue-based financing, and embedded finance solutions for non-financial businesses or integrations for marketplaces.

The company is expanding and is looking for a Senior Operations Specialist. Joining this team will not only open new growth opportunities for you as an expert, but will also give a possibility to be a part of the growing financial industry.

What you will do:

Analyze loan/factoring agreements and their amendments;
Ensure loan/factoring agreement data correctness in internal systems;
Disburse new loans and factoring advances within the agreed timeline;
Reconcile data and reports, resolving discrepancies and collaborating between various departments;
Support customers with various questions by phone and e-mail (loan and factoring agreement terms, invoicing, balances, etc);
Take care of documentation handling and archiving;
Participate in internal meetings and represent Operations needs or concerns.
Testing and launching of new products and functionalities in coordination with product owners.

What you need to succeed:

University degree in finance, economy, accounting or business management;
At least 2 years of experience in finance or in the banking field;
IT literacy;
High level of spoken and written Lithuanian and English;
You are focused on high quality and accuracy;
Good analytical, problem-solving skills and sense of responsibility;
Attention to details and ability to maintain an overview in unusual situations;
Willingness to learn fast and share experience within the team;
Ambitious and positive attitude.

Salary starting from 2300 EUR/m (before taxes). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
