Your Responsibilities

• Create and implement internal Transport business communication plans aligned with organization strategy.
• Lead and initiate internal communication projects, surveys, events, presents.
• Support companys leaders with internal communication activities.
• Prepare newsletters, articles, interviews, podcasts, videos or other type of messages.
• Prepare content for our intranet and internal social networks.
• Participate in many other initiatives together with headquarters communication team.

• Proven successful experience in communication field (3+ years) with different type of audiences.
• Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent in written verbal Lithuanian, English and Russian languages.
• Hands – on, self – motivated, creative thinker and a team player who enjoys working in a highly dynamic environment.

Monthly Salary 2430 Є - 3040 Є gross. The specific salary offered will depend on the candidates experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the requirements of the position.
