Here's how your day will look:

Ongoing visual assessment of dealerships: This suggests regularly inspecting and evaluating the physical aspects of dealerships;
Assessing processes in the Representations: This implies reviewing and analysing the various operational processes within the organization;
Auditing the documentation of business processes and data quality: This involves checking the documentation related to business processes and ensuring that the data within it is of high quality;
Preparing and presenting reports on inspections and evaluations: This means creating reports based on the assessments and evaluations conducted and sharing them with company management or other relevant departments;
Providing suggestions for improving business processes and customer experience: This requires offering recommendations to enhance both internal processes and the experience for customers;
Monitoring the implementation of approved proposals and measuring their impact: This involves tracking the execution of suggested improvements and evaluating their effect on the companys financial and non-financial performance;
Ensuring compliance with internal controls: This means making sure that the dealership adheres to internal control standards and working in cooperation with other departments to achieve this;
Participating in and preparing for audits of represented brand manufacturers: This indicates involvement in audits related to the brand manufacturers being represented by the dealership;
Participating in business change projects: This implies taking part in initiatives focused on making significant changes within the dealerships operations.

You have bachelors degree;
You are fluent in Lithuanian and English;
You have the ability to collect, organize and summarize information;
You have the ability to draw conclusions and make proposals;
Experience in LEAN or auditing is an advantage.
