• initiate and develop advanced sustainability development practices and principles of sustainable operations, integrate them into the both companies business strategy;

• initiation of sustainability projects, development of appropriate sustainability / ESG strategy, sustainability / ESG programs, KPIs, sustainability performance management and sustainability reporting;

• prepare, analyze and improve policies related to the both companies sustainable activities;

• identify and assess sustainability-related risks and opportunities;

• coordinate data collection of sustainability indicators, ensure their monitoring and reporting;

• sustainability management activities in the companies - dissemination of information, training.

• higher university education in the field of environmental sciences or sustainability-related disciplines or similar;

• experience in implementing sustainability initiatives in companies and environmental protection would be an advantage;

• knowledge of laws and regulations related to sustainability (such as sfdr, eu taxonomy, csrd) as well as sustainability reporting / performance assessment frameworks;

• practical experience in preparation of sustainability strategy, sustainability program, sustainability performance management (or advice on these topics);

• strong project management skills, including proper project budgeting and performance monitoring;

• proactiveness in driving innovations, ideas;

• excellent oral and written skills in Lithuanian (or Latvian, or Estonian) and English.
